Set up two sets of hurdles outside of the penalty box about 10 yards apart. You will then break the team up into 2 groups, Attackers & Defenders. A ball is placed on the edge of the goal
area.
On your command a player from each groups will sprint to the first hurdle and jump over it. They will then sprint to the next hurdle and jump over that one as well.
If the Attacker gets to the ball first, he shoots it. If the Defender is first, he clears it.
Three Vs One
Mark off a square approximately 12 yards by 12 yards. Divide the team up into groups of four players. One group is designated as defenders.
Play will start with one player from each group. The three attackers will maintain posession within the area and can take no more than two touches.
The defender will try to steal the ball. If the defender intercepts the ball or it goes outside of the area, then the next group will rotate into the area.
